Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from within the app

If you have access to the Swadl app, you can delete your account instantly:

  1. Open Swadl
  2. Go to Settings (bottom tab bar)
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request deletion via email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to swadl.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your Swadl account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile (name, email, push notification token)
  • All activity logs (feeds, diapers, sleep, pumping, growth)
  • Chore lists and chore completion history
  • Caregiver shift records
  • Baby photos (avatars)
  • Household data and invites (if you are the sole member)

What is retained

Nothing. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion. There is no additional retention period. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
